The location is superb. Especially after dusk, the sea breeze blowing into the house makes it feel exceptionally comfortable!
The kitchen windows were covered with cobwebs both inside and out.

location was great - very central
Washing machine did not spin clothes- needs to be fixed . Advertised as 3 single beds and a double, but 3rd single was a fold out bed which is not comfortable

Good location close to Main Beach, shopping/restaurants. Nice cool breeze most days. Balcony with glimpse of ocean and foreshore parkland/trees. WC and main basin/mirror separate to main bath and shower. Half court tennis and pool. Very secure. No noise from other guests.
Reasonably clean but not quite spotless, especially fridge. Perhaps understandable as Covid likely to have reduced staff availability. Street noise no problem to guests used to traffic but took a while for "country" guests to get used to. Not a lot of drinking glasses to go around. Washing machine can get imbalanced but we realised only small loads advisable.

repairs to a number of items are required - kitchen blinds need replacing, shower soap holder needs replacing, no bbq
