The beds were nice to sleep, firm type.
We also like the stay that we could have with our family.
Rooms in general were clean and we are also able to cook if we would like to.
The service was slow when we requested extra pillows, we went out and come back, pillows were not there and we waited for more than 45mins after calling up again. They mentioned we put "Do not Disturb" sign outside the door, but they could have leave a slip under our door to inform us about it.
