lounge on ground floor very good for business meetings and working on laptop. food ordered on 3rd floor was really good. Breakfast was average. Room was comfortable.
On checking out I was asked to wait until manager checked my room. Not acceptable for a business traveller.
Staff all very friendly.
Location not good. Breakfast needs more western choices. On checking out being asked to wait for manager to check my room. Not a good look for business travellers.

The rooms were good, clean, staff were friendly.
Location was good too, near Nagoya, easy to grab.
The breakfast can be better, more options especially for guests who stay more than a couple of days.
