Aspasios Atocha Apartments

This was a quick stop on our way to enjoy the rest of Spain. The apartment is centrally located and very convenient to popular areas. It was quiet, clean, and easy to check in via access codes. Even though we were on the upper floor, the apartment offers an elevator so you don’t have to transport your luggage up and down the stairs. We requested an earlier check in and the management was able to accommodate. Our family also loved the comfortable beds, amenities like the washing machine and especially the cold AC for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and situated in a very good location for accessing Atocha train station. It was also within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and El Retiro Park, as well as the Royal Palace and the Gran Via. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets also within walking distance.

Everything was fine.

exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, well equipped with towels per person. comfortable spacial size for 2 people over the weekend. apartment was in great condition.

check in at 4pm is a bit on the later side.

The property is quite elegant, comfortable enough and offers several appliances that make your stay simpler and easier.

The property was poorly cleaned. There were fingerprints on the doors and tables. Security was also very limited. We were on the ground floor, and the street-side window had large gaps between the bars, which were easily accessible. And that's almost what happened. One night, around 4:30 a.m., a man tried to break into the house. He broke the blinds, and only managed to escape because the person in the room opened the curtains, causing him to flee. We called the emergency number provided by the property, but they did nothing to help us in our moment of fear. We couldn't even contact the police.
