Villa Il Cipresso

The house itself was big, comfortable and set up beautifully with a nice view over Terranuova Bracciolini. Everything was super clean, it almost felt like we were the first group to be there. Especially the kitchen with the big gas stove was perfect for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and big, the bathrooms were very clean and modern with the one downstairs even having a rainwater showerhead. Everything that was provided inside and outside worked flawlessly, from the ACs to the washing machine and the TV. The pool was a great feature as well, especially on really hot days. The owner family was from start to end super nice, polite and generous and we felt very welcome, check-in and check-out were as easy and uncomplicated as you can imagine. Even with some higher volumes at later hours there were no problems which was probably a result of the terrace being behind the house. The Villa is located a bit above the city of Terranuova Bracciolini but still close enough to reach supermarkets and other stores per foot easily (5 - 15 min). All in all, Villa Il Cipresso was probably one of the best holiday homes I've personally and we as a group as well have ever experienced and the price was absolutely worth every penny. When we first came in, we couldn't believe everything looked exactly as good as on the photos. 10/10, this will probably not be the last visit!

The only minor problem with the location were the mosquitoes (the owner family was very generous in providing anti-mosquito coils and other recources), other than that, everything was absolutely fabulous!

Perfect hosts who lived right next door to the property and helped us with shopping and information in regards to the area. They left essentials in the house when we arrived and delivered chocolate cake and wine during our stay. Beautifully decorated villa and very clean.

Quite a lot of mosquitos in Italy during high summer so take protection spray!
