About this house rental
Bright ground floor apartment with garden and separate entrance is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the city. It is just a few minutes walk from the historic center, the train station and all amenities.
The apartment is very spacious and well furnished internally, it also has a lovely outdoor area with an exclusive and equipped loggia where you can spend pleasant breakfasts and lunches in the open air in front of the private garden.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people ideal for families, has two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms both with shower in the sleeping area, while the living area is a single open-space consisting of a modern equipped kitchen, a table dining room and a living room with TV and sofa that can become a bed if needed.
San Giovanni Valdarno besides being the birthplace of Masaccio and having a beautiful historic center to visit, it offers the possibility of traveling by train or car to visit art-rich cities such as Florence (reachable in 30 minutes), Arezzo (20 minutes) or Siena (40 minutes).
For those who are looking for breathtaking hilly landscapes, visiting medieval villages and enjoying good wine, I recommend a nice tour of the Chianti region starting from the nearby Gaiole in Chianti (15 minutes by car) and then visiting Radda, Castellina and finally arriving at Greve in Chianti.
Other beautiful landscapes are in the nearby Castelfranco di Sopra to see the crags or in Loro Ciuffenna considered among the most beautiful villages and from here it is also possible to climb the Pratomagno.
Furthermore, for those who love shopping, in 20 minutes by car it is possible to reach one of the most exclusive outlets in Tuscany such as "THE MALL", or in 10 minutes the PRADA company outlet.
Finally, for those seeking relaxation there are swimming pools in San Giovanni Valdarno and Montevarchi, or the Terme di Rapolano about 30 minutes away.

The owners Massimo and Tania were just incredible. Massimo communicated quickly on questions I had before my trip and on Whats App after we arrived. The property is about 20 minutes walk through town, to the train station. I asked about taxis when arrival with luggage, and he picked us up! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a great view of the countryside and nice patio. The property has everything you need. We were left with a wonderful bottle of wine. The kitchen is equipped with coffee and coffee machine, and all the dishes and cooking utensils you would need if you wanted to cook. I was also impressed with all of the recycling containers available. The place was immaculately clean. Incredible hosts and great accommodation.

The property is of new and modern construction with all the amenities you would want. The grounds are landscaped, with beautiful trees and plants and the front deck is perfect for evening wine and snacks overlooking countryside hills in the distance. We would definitely stay here again while visiting this region of Tuscany. Centrally located to be able to reach northern and southern Tuscany by car or train.

We had a wonderful stay at Frem House! Everything was as advertised and San Giovanni Valdorno is a very good starting location for visits throughout Tuscany.
The owners, Massimo and Tania, are very friendly and helpful! Really wonderful people who added just that little extra to our stay!
