Lovely place

Everything we needed as a family of four with 2 young kids one of whom with special needs. The place was quiet, safe, clean and tidy. The facilities suited our needs perfectly. The pellet stove was a lovely addition to the house. We loved looking at the fire while having a cup of great coffee in the morning. The air conditioning will certainly be very useful when we'll visit again in the warmer months. We also enjoyed playing outside with the table tennis and the table football. The owner was super helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend.

Large comfortable house, quiet and with ample parking

This is a very spacious comfortable house with all modern conveniences. Alessandro, the host is very helpful and it is best to be in contact with him on Watsapp in case one needs help using unfamiliar appliances ; we needed information on how to use the pellet stove. We had a very comfortable stay in the middle of winter ; I am sure it would be a glorious location in the summer. We needed to travel to Fiumicino airport and this was the ideal base.

Very close to all attractions and the owner Alessandro was very nice he gave us a list of the attractions on maps together with the preferred restaurants which was very useful. The house was very clean

It was a beautiful stay. The location is perfect to explore surrounding area of Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. The host was very helpful, sent us the list of locations to visit. Great experience, definitely would recommend this place!

A very well kept property which is fully equipped for a great stay. The owner is quite attentive and available in case you need anything. Top marks for this property. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Camere super spaziose, giardino immenso , una casa super bella , ottima posizione , ha tutto , rifiniture eccezionali , consigliatissima per gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose. Anche se in posizione tranquilla e isolata , vicinissimo , si può andare a piedi , c'è un ottimo ristorante . Un gioiello che merita tutto il rispetto e la cura dagli ospiti.

Todo genial!

La casa es estupenda pero aún lo es más el jardin. Hemos estado 6 amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa y del entorno. El anfitrión nos dejó algunas cosas para desayunar. Todo genial!!
