Location, house amenities.
We are Portuguese customers and stayed 5 nights. We reported on the first day that Portuguese TV wasn't working and that there was no iron available. Neither the host, or the agency provided solutions. Just excuses. After several calls and contacts made by us we managed to receive an iron two days before leaving. TV never worked at all. Excellent house, very poor service if something goes wrong and assistance is needed.
