Appartement des fleurs

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Nice. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was well equipped and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was fantastic and a great place to relax. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and always available when needed. We would happily stay here again.

Diane est très sympathique, accessible et s'adapte aux besoins particuliers. La vue sur le jardin, calme.

La proximité des voisins sur le balcon, mais c'est parce que je n'ai plus l'habitude et que je n'aime pas les fumeurs proches.

The location is great if you want to be close enough to the beach & all the restaurants, but quiet enough to feel like a local away from the tourist traps in Old Town(only about 1.5 miles away as it is fun to visit)!! Several very, very, good restaurants & Boulangeries within a few blocks! Diane is so nice and very responsive! The balcony is nice to have your morning coffee on while you’re waiting for the in unit washing machine to finish! The apartment is VERY clean and all the necessities are provided. Truly a wonderful find! Can’t wait to go back!

Nothing. I loved everything!

For us, balcony is the key, and this small and cozy balcony overlooking large trees in the garden met our expectations. Quiet neighbours, the few we said hello to over the balcony and in the hallways were nice, and even though one is close to other balconies in the inner corner there, that was no problem. The bed is excellent, the small kitchen corner fine and the bathroom just what one needs. Short walking distance to the train station for the flight home was a surplus we discovered; earlier we have always used taxi, but this worked out very well – I think there are some eleven stations to the airport.

Not much to write here. All the cushions on the bed look nice – they are in the photo – but we had a little struggle placing them when the bed was in use.
