Good view but it isn’t worth it!

- The Room with the Sea View has one of the best views in the town.

- The road to reach the property is challenging. You get used to it, but unless you don’t mind to hit your car at least 3 times a week, then you can give it a try. - The room has spiders there and here. Not very clean. - Mosquitos and grasshoppers are anywhere. - Bathroom is very small. - Room amenities are old. - Room furniture is also old and simple.

Perfect view and accommodation with all you need

We had short trip to Montenegro, acommodation is as it is described. Host was very warm, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

The streets to and from this vila are very narrow and it is a little bit stressful to pass by other cars coming your way, but that has nothing to do with our perfect apartment and amazing hosts.

Worst experience with host

See view from balcony

Even tough I really liked apartment and it’s view it turned out to be very stressful experience because of host. When I turned on the water shower head flew away because shower hose was brocken. I messaged the host about that and he told me to replace it by myself or I have to leave 7 euro and he will replace it. Then I explained that it was not my foult and this I why I don’t want to pay for that. He still wanted that I pay for that old broken shower because of his rules. For me it was not about 7 euro but because it was not my fault I contacted Booking.com and they decided that I don’t have to pay. After few hour the owner arrived and was yelling at me how I could contact Booking.com for 7 euro…. That was really stressful experience

Lokacija je odlična – mir i tišina, a opet svega par minuta hoda do plaže Liman 2. Apartman je čist, uredan i potpuno opremljen za prijatan boravak. Idealno mesto za odmor i opuštanje, daleko od gužve, a blizu svega što je potrebno. Sve preporuke!

Дуже гарний вид на море, нові апартаменти. Власник дуже привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Прекрасне співвідношення ціни і якості.

Сподобалось все, тільки треба бути готовим, що апартаменти на горі і до моря треба хоч і недовго але ходити по досить крутих спусках/ підйомах.

Für unsere Ansprüche war es ausreichend.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war i.O. und die Nähe zum Meer und der Blick auf die Altstadt und das Meer ansprechend.

Für unser deutsches Befinden waren zu wenig Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden. Auch der Platz für Essenzubereitungen war eine Herausforderung, da keine Arbeitsfläche vorhanden war. In unserem App. gab es keinen Tisch, an dem man bequem essen konnte. Es waren nur zwei Beistelltischchen vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir immerhin noch einen Campingtisch bekommen. Es gab Stellplätze für den PKW, aber aufgrund der Hanglage, war dessen Benutzung auch sehr spannend.
