when I arrived, housekeeping was still going on and supervisor was not there yet. I had to wait for 1 hour till they finish… Garden was not clean. Pool is not maintained and some pool tiles are missing; my son got injured in the pool because of the sharp edges of the tiles… The supervisor has no sense of hospitality… 2 kayak are available in the premises but with big cracks, so it’s not safe to use them… the villa is not well maintained… their staff have big attitude issues…

amazing but pricey

rented for family coming out and accommodation made it feel like a once in a lifetime trip…stunning villa…location was amazing and kayaks were a bonus…everything was working (was slightly worried about this due to recent reviews)…Umar was great and helped with any issues we had

it is quite expensive but is worth it…only issue was kitchen bin is too small if large group is staying…the outside bin is emptied daily so not much of an issue..we were told cleaners would come daily but never saw them and for the price I’d expected maybe a mid week clean and top up of toiletries…however wasn’t a massive issue

1. One of the neighbors are very rude 2. Some beds rooms don't have keys, therefore there is no privacy. Also the main room have a gap in the main door so any one can peek. 3. Main room AC is not cooling properly.

Leider entspricht die Villa nicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Lage Top, sonst unteres Mittelmas.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und Sicher

Leider wurde die Baustelle gleich neben der Villa nicht erwähnt. Es war sehr laut und man hatte keine Privatsphäre. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr alt und zum teil defekt. Das Inventar in der Küche war sehr alt und wild zusammengestellt. Im allgemeine war das Haus in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Garagentor war defekt und die Fassade hatte risse und grobe Mängel. Preisleistung stimmt nicht und das Haus ist lieblos eingerichtet. Alles hat leider nichts mit Luxus zu tun.
