Great place for a company of friends or family vacation.
The apartment is managed by a team of guest relations who are super fast with communications and customer centric. Conveniently located with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, beaches and shops around. Palm jumeira mall is ca 7 mins waling distance. The apartment is nicely designed, spacious and facing 2 different sides. 2 parking spaces in underground garage.
The only discomfort we faced was lack of proper ventilation in the kitchen, but its behind the doors, so it was ok. Minor problems with bathroom were addressed super quickly

Excellent for a family get together.
Great living space and bedrooms, fantastic balcony with a view, brilliant location with a nice pool and restaurant, and very helpful hosts with a WhatsApp group to answer any questions.
Could use a handbook to explain things like garbage/waste disposal, nearest supermarket, recommended restaurants, taxi pickup/drop-off etc. However, hosts were available on WhatsApp to answer all those questions and always responded immediately.

Большие, комфортные, светлые и тихие апартаменты с хорошим видом на пристань для яхт и с другой стороны на бассейн. Спасибо команде и управляющему - обслуживание аппартаментов отличное. Аппартаменты оснащены кухней со всей необходимой техникой и посудой. Хороший пляж с лежаками, их много и всегда есть место. Рядом Нахил Молл с магазинами и ресторанчиками, в том числе огромный продуктовый. Променад с ресторанами, барами тоже в шаговой доступности. Наша благодарность управляющему за наш комфортный отдых.
