The location is great. Not in the busy noisy part of Nikiti. It was calm and quiet and literally a step away from the beach, tavernas and supermarkets. The apartment was very well organized and maintained. It has everything you may need. The host was super helpful and kind.

C’était notre première fois à Nikiti et nous avons choisi Ilis Villa pour séjourner. Nous n’avons pas été déçu de notre choix bien au contraire. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l’appartement était très propre (clean tous les jours) et bien situé. Mention spéciale pour Monsieur Spartakos qui nous a super bien accueilli et accompagné pendant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

The room was excellent, modern and well equipped, even had a Nespresso machine. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day and the staff did an excellent job each time. Spartakos was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. Overall great experience, would come again!
