Would return. It is well located and value for money.

Great location and good value for money. Ensuite and kitchen both well equipped. Property was clean and hosts were nice.

We were in garden room. It would benefit from a new mattress the springs were most uncomfortable.

Lovely

The property was lovely with a garden and near the steep walk down to the sea. You had a view of the sea from outside that was just breathtaking! The walk back up was not too bad (I’m 70); I would just stop and take a rest or go in the shops to take a break. Great exercise! Ann was a lovely hostess and we couldn’t have been happier in her Airbnb. Thank you, Ann!

Beautiful location. Clean and modern facilities. Nice decor.

Front door needs a full length blind. We tried to block the light with a chair but there is light from cars at night and from sunlight in the morning which affects sleeps.

We came away rested and refreshed!

Such a lovely, friendly host. This is a small, cosy apartment, traditonal in feel and a great base for walking. Very quiet and peaceful with a perfect armchair. Perfect for the bus stop, shop next door and easy access to the Bay.

A little more space might suit some but we personally didn't need that.

I absolutley loved my stay and found the room nothing short of perfect for me and my dog.

It was really quite nice to actually meet host to get the keys and not to go digging around in the dark looking under rocks for a hidden key, or to have a fight with a keysafe.

I didn't like that I only stayed three days.

The landlady Ann was lovely greeted us and explained the area etc.On call for what ever is needed but we didnt need anything.Yes you have a toaster,microwave.fridge kettle which we found great as we dont eat out but if you want to eat out there are three great pubs to do so.The room was clean and warm, lovely gardens with a sunmer house to sit and watch the sea.Its situated on the main road into the bay which is ideal the locals are lovely and helpful.

Well appointed and well situated stay for the N Yorkshire coastal path and Robin Hoods Bay especiall

Property self catering and well equipped. Accommodation warm and cosy. Mr and Mrs Higgins were very helpful and have put a great deal of time and effort in making the stay very pleasant. Having a summer house in the garden was an added bonus. Regular bus service to Scarborough and Whitby adjacent.

Lovely four night stay in a fabulous location in a studio that had bags of character.

The studio had a parking space which was a bonus. It was in a superb position with a lovely Seaview and had a delightful garden at the front which we could use. The room had bags of character and very in keeping with its location of Robin Hoods Bay.

There was a few cobwebs in the studio and some of the kitchen utensils could do with replacing (can opener etc) as they seemed quite old & well used!

Really comfortable accomodation

I'm a bit fussy and don't like to find grubby paintwork or any mould in bathrooms etc. This accommodation is quite old with nooks and crannies so ripe for signs of wear and tear. So what a delight to find everything so spotlessly clean and welcoming ! Everything I needed was in my room so for one wet and windy day I was more than happy to just chill out here !

Well operating the telly sounded a tad complicated ! ...didn't need it as I have all the TV on my IPad !
