Lovely b & b with the rooms situated in a beautiful old farmhouse with stunning views. Very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and a very tasty breakfast. A wonderful host too. Thanks for a most enjoyable stay, it was great value!

The property is situated in the country with amazing views, the staff were very friendly, I had a lovely clean room with a comfortable bed, it was very nice. I was welcomed and made to feel at home. My breakfast was cooked and presented well, I have nothing to fault about my stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙂

Beautiful location with stunning views, just a mile north of Lockerbie.
Lovely friendly and charming host Christine.
Very comfy bedrooms and delicious breakfasts. Best haggis I’ve ever tasted.
We heard at least 12 different types of birds singing at the same time as we sat in the garden in the evening sunshine drinking our wine.

This is a B&B that is exactly what it says it is. The breakfast is good and served with a smile. The host is friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy as expected
For a Southerner not used to the very early sun rise, the curtains let in a bit too much light early in the morning. However I am sure they would be perfectly adequate for most
$$$$
