Terribly cold !!!😡😡😡

We were greeted by a gentleman who was only interested in stopping our €100 guarantee. Don't answer the phone or text if you need something. We had no heat in the apartment, it was very cold outside and in the apartment too, I sent him a message to turn on the heat, obviously he DID NOT ANSWER!! We slept with our clothes on every night. 7 NIGHTS !!! Unacceptable...indifferent !!! We rented the whole apartment and yet we weren't allowed to use another room... if we used another bed it would void our warranty... very strange!! Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (and that one was already started), no towels, no soap, no trash can. Something worse, I haven't encountered before...and we use Boking very often! The worst part was sleeping with our jackets on.😡😡 You can't behave like that with people who pay for it.

Don't bring your pet here, clean apartment

We loved the cute apartment especially loved how clean it was.

Not Really Pet Friendly Although you can book this property online and include a pet, the owners HATE pets. We took our 2.3 kg well groomed and trained Chihuahua with us and when we got there, in addition to the fee you have pay daily for a pet, they made me give them a 100 € cash deposit. They said that if they found a hair on any of the furniture or beds, that they would burn the sheets and keep our deposit. This was a bit shocking as this is supposed to be a pet friendly property. We cleaned the apartment thoroughly and went to check out. We had to wake the owner up and then she said that she would check the apartment in the morning as she was still asleep. This was a bit disappointing as she had threatened to keep our deposit for leaving a single dog hair in the apartment and I wanted to make sure she saw how clean it was. She told us that usually the deposit is refunded to our bank account in a few days, but it took over a week and I had to email and call her to ask if we were going to receive our deposit back. Noise from the Family This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building were an entire family lives and occupies all the floors. We stayed from a Friday to Sunday and this family partied Friday and Saturday night until around 3am. Luckily we were on the top floor and the noise wasn't that loud, but you could hear them if you are a very light sleeper. Other than this, if you can live with the stress of their threat to keep this unannounced 100€ security deposit and sleep through their parting, it was a great apartment that was super super super clean. We love the apartment actually and loved how clean it was.

peu de choses à vrai dire malheureusement

l'absence du propriétaire; j'ai dû sonner à plusieurs sonnettes pour que la porte du bâtiment s'ouvre. Un homme peu aimable m'a demandé ce que je voulais! Comptrenant que je venais pour le "Ferien wohnung" il a appelé quelqu'un, là un très jeune homme est venu ( pas le propriétaire) , m'a demandé étonné si j'étais seule. Il m'a ouvert la porte de l'appartement au 3è étage , m'a aussitôt réclamé la caution de 100€ en liquide ou par paypal!! Puis mes coordonnées de carte bancaire pour le remboursement!! j'ai donné un rib! En précisant qu'il y aurait un virement à faire en France... Dans le doute, à cause des frais, il a appelé la propriétaire. Si je voulais récupérer la caution en liquide, j'aurais dû attendre 15h le jour de mon départ mais en quittant quand même l'appartement à 11h comme prévu!! Dans l'appartement plusieurs affiches rappellent que nous devons remettre à la place exacte tout ce que nous utilisons, n'utiliser que le nombre de serviettes correspondant au nombre d'occupants ( 1 seule grande serviette par occupant, pas de tapis de douche), qu'il faut impérativement remettre en ordre l'appartement et le rendre propre : aufraümen ( bien que j'ai payé 25€ pour le ménage à la réservation), !! Sinon prélèvement sur la caution pour chaque manquement! L'équipement de la cuisine ne correspond pas au descriptif: pas de four! Autres petits désagrément qui laissent à penser que le propriétaire est près de son argent et n'a aucune considération pour son "client": pas une seule dosette de café ou sachet d'infusion, le sucrier et la salière attendent désespérement que quelqu'un les remplissent. Pour récupérer la caution, ne l'ayant toujours pas réçue plus 72h après mon départ, malgré ma relance, j'ai dû faire intervenir Booking qui a appelé la propriétaire qui ( ne parlant ni français, ni anglais...

- Schmutzig (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, ) - Spinnweben - Betten am quietschen - Schlüssel Übergabe nicht organisiert - Vermieter nicht erreichbar und wenn, dann unfreundlich am Telefon - überall Hinweise, was man nicht darf. Sonst wird es von der Kaution abgezogen. - unangenehmer Geruch - Keine Möglichkeit Müll zu entsorgen, weil die Tür abgeschlossen war.

Für zwei Nächte war die Ferienwohnung in Ordnung.

Die Ferienwohnung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche an die Ausstattung stellt. Der Boden weist bereits einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, und auch in anderen Bereichen ist erkennbar, dass nicht viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht insgesamt in Ordnung. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld nicht ausreichend mit der Buchung beschäftigt, da ich beruflich stark eingespannt war – es wurde also „irgendetwas“ gebucht. So würde ich es heute nicht noch einmal machen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das Sofa im Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer, das gut gelungen ist. Letztlich kommt es immer auf die persönlichen Erwartungen an – und mein Anspruch liegt einfach etwas höher. Wer mit einer schlichten, zweckmäßigen Unterkunft zufrieden ist, findet hier eine passende Option.

Leider waren wir mit einigen Aspekten der Unterkunft unzufrieden: - im Mülleimer fehlte eine Mülltüte, - in der Küche war kein Trockentuch vorhanden, - die Küchenausstattung insgesamt war so schlecht, dass wir es vorgezogen haben, auswärts zu essen, - es standen lediglich zwei kleine Handtücher pro Person zur Verfügung – kein Duschtuch, - im Badezimmer fehlten Seife und ein Mülleimer, - es war nur eine bereits angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, - entgegen der Beschreibung waren keine Spiele in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Zudem hingen in der Wohnung an mehreren Stellen Zettel mit Hinweisen und der Androhung, bei Nichtbeachtung Teile der Kaution einzubehalten – das wirkte wenig einladend. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage und nur, nachdem ich ein Foto der Quittung vorgelegt hatte. Ich hätte erwartet, dass die Rückzahlung automatisch erfolgt – das Vorgehen empfand ich als unangemessen.
