A home away from home

A newly renovated flat on the fourth floor in a quiet neighbourhood a few bus stops north of the city centre. The flat is spacious, spotless and has all necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully functional. The whole flat is very light and has an airy feel to it. Communication with Michael was quick and efficient. Will be happy to return.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wunderbar geeignet

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekt zentraler Lage mitten in Wilhelmshaven, sechs Gehminuten zum Rewe entfernt, besser geht es nicht! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sie ist besonders für junge Familien geeignet! Die Wohnung ist sauber und durch die Mansarde im Wohnzimmer unheimlich gemütlich.

Leider war das Leuchtmittel im Kinderzimmer defekt und die Toilettenbrille, ist zu klein für die vorhandene Porzellanschüssel… ansonsten können wir überhaupt nicht meckern!

Eine sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft.Sehr sauber.Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.CheckIn und CheckOut komplett unproblematisch. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Лестница, пыль под кроватью, обязательное условие уборки, при том, что владелец заказывает клининг. Качество клининга можете оценить по фотографиям. Я не знаю на каких попугаев расчитана лестница в спальню, но я со своим 46 размером ноги, все же, упал. Девушка упала почти два раза. Какой гений будет делать ступеньки со скосами? Правильно! Только немецкий инженер, ибо это чудо иначе не описать. Удобной сбрасывать одежду через дыру… в полу. Хай тек дизайн, не иначе. Зато, это можно отнести к аттракционам! Представляете, на выбор в парке развлечений у нас доступно: упасть на диван через дыру… на полу, проверить на прочность себя и пол при помощи лестницы. Телевизор. Лучше бы его вообще не было. Как-то очень плохо отдыхается, когда нужно не просто выбросить мусор, убрать квартиру и белье грязное, но еще и в добавок убрать пол. Поднимая пылесос на второй этаж. А еще мы стали свидетелями чуда немецкой архитектуры. Зачем нужна вентиляция в спальне? На втором этаже? Она ж там абсолютно не нужна. С таким же успехом, можно было снять чердак и жить там с таким же комфортом. Не отдохнул, а устал. Следующего раза не будет.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über Booking sehr höflich, schnelle Antwort. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

Herrlich

Bin in der Holtermannstr aufgewachsen und wir haben sozusagen Urlaub in der alten Heimat gemacht. Daher war die Lage für uns optimal.

Obergeschoss wäre für jüngere Kinder ungünstig zu erreichen, war aber für uns nicht relevant

Vom Preis und den Bildern gelockt, von der Realität mehr als enttäuscht.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter im Vorfeld war zügig, informativ und freundlich.

Die Wohnung wurde nach dem Vormieter nicht gereinigt und scheinbar auch schon länger nicht. Die Küchenausstattung (Besteck, Geschirr, ...) war nur in sehr geringem Umfang vorhanden, sodass die Spülmaschine nach jeder Mahlzeit genutzt werden musste. Es waren keine Spülmaschinentabs und kein Kloapapier vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Schlafzimmer im DG ist sehr abenteuerlich, es gibt keine Absicherung (für Kinder nicht geeignet!) und keine Lüftung möglich. Das Sofa konnte aufgrund des schlechten Reinigungszustandes nicht genutzt werden. Zudem befanden sich noch Kleidungsstücke der Vormieter in der Wohnung.
