Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für Leute mit kleinem Budget, die dennoch eine gute Lage suchen, aber Abstriche beim Komfor

Die Lage war super, die Wohnung war im wesentlichen so wie sie beschrieben wurde.

Unter Berücksichtigung des Preises war alles okay

Wir waren schon mal da und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

Die Lage, die ÖPNV-Anbindung und der Preis sind sehr gut. Die Abwicklung zur Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos.

Ein Duschvorhang und ein kleiner Badhocker wären noch gut. Ein Paar Ersatzglühbirnen wären auch ganz schön. Ansonsten steht leider in vielen vorherigen Bewertungen schlicht und ergreifend Quatsch. Es war nicht laut, die Heizung funktioniert und die Duschtemperatur ist nicht nur heiß oder kalt.

Urlaub mit Rundum-sorglos-paket

Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind für jede schlafmöglichkeit inklusiv, im Bad war sogar ein Fön. Netter kleiner garten/Hinterhof. super freundlicher und schneller Kontakt zum Anbieter Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Dusche hat keinen duschvorhang (zum abbrausen reicht es trotzdem)

Gut ausgestatte, zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist fußläufig schnell mittendrin. Die Ausstattung ist super, vom Fön über Wasserkocher bis hin zu Toaster und Bügeleisen mit kleinem Bügelbrett war alles vorhanden. Die Bettwäsche roch schön frisch, die Wohnung war sauber, die Räume verfügen über verdunkelnde Vorhänge.

Im Badezimmer sehen wir Verbesserungspotential. Der Duschschlauch und die Brause könnten einen Austausch vertragen, hier spritzt das Wasser raus. Zudem wäre es gut, einen Duschvorhang anzubringen, da man sonst wirklich sehr aufpassen muss, das Bad nicht nasszuspritzen. Der Abfluss vom Waschbecken tropfte in den Unterschrank. Die Türen schließen und öffnen recht laut. In der Küche fehlen Teelöffel, sonst ist alles vorhanden.

Es war nicht schön

WLAN , viele Schlafplätze , Entfernung zum Bäcker und Lidl , Entfernung zum Südstrand und nach Hooksiel

Betten waren eine absolute Katastrophe( bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung wurde man vom Geräusch des Bettes wach), der Duschkopf konnte nicht festgestellt werden , kein Duschvorhang , Sofa viel zu klein und musste erstmal abgesaugt werden , der Staubsauger scheint voll zu sein da er kaum saugt , die Gegend ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ( sehr laut , komische Gestalten ),keine kleinen Löffel und die Spielecke war eine Katastrophe . Im Sandkasten kein Sand und überall Zigaretten also für Kinder absolut ungeeignet.

Wir haben keinen Wiederholungsbedarf.

Der Zustand der Wohnung lies zu wünschen übrig. Tapeten haben sich von der Wand gelöst, das Waschbecken hing nicht fest an der Wand und die Scheibe in der Badtür war zerbrochen. Die Wohnung war nur unzureichend gereinigt. Alles wirkte sehr zusammengewürfelt und abgewohnt. Die Matratzen waren eine Katastrophe! Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls nicht der Hit. Als Frau würde ich mich hier Nachts nicht allein auf die Straße wagen. Wer keine Ansprüche hat und eine sehr günstige Unterkunft sucht, die zentral gelegen ist, ist hier richtig.

Mir hat nur das unkomplizierte Check in gefallen, ansonsten überhaupt nichts

Kalte Wohnung bei Ankunft, die Heizungen sind auch nicht angesprungen. Kaltes Duschwasser. das Haus ist bestimmt schon 100 Jahre alt. die Betten und Decken waren richtig schlecht und ich habe einige Stiche bei mir feststellen können, wahrscheinlich Wanzen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemanden empfehlen Die Wohnung war nicht richtig isoliert. Im Treppenhaus roch es nach cannabis und Zigaretten,.Der Aufenthalt hat mir richtig Nerven gekostet und ich bin zu spät zu meinem Termin gekommen. Alles eine richtige Katastrophe und sehr ärgerlich
