Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen with all the facilities, supermarket and bakerei near.

Just one small minus of this apartment - there is no curtain in bathroom. So when you take a shower - there is some water on the floor and on the belongings around!

Kaputtes Doppelbett / Matratzen und Schimmel im Bad !

Man konnte zur jederzeit einchecken aufgrund eines Schlüsselkasten mit Code direkt an der Tür und war deshalb an keine Zeiten gebunden. Wohnung befand sich im Erdgeschoss.

Wir reisten mit 2 Kleinkindern unter 2 Jahren nach 20 Uhr an und sind sehr enttäuscht . Doppelbett war bereits kaputt bei Ankunft und wurde nur notdürftig repariert vom Vermieter ( optisch sah erstmal alles OK aus ), diese Konstruktion hat natürlich nicht gehalten und das Bett krachte vorm Schlafengehen noch zusammen ( nur vom einfachen sitzen auf der Bettkante ). 2 h haben wir damit verbracht das ganze notdürftig zu " reparieren", damit wir irgendwie schlafen gehen konnten. Matratzen auch voll löcher, dreckiges Bettlaken. Im Bad kein Duschvorhang und Schimmel unter der Decke. Vermieter antwortet auf keine Email im Nachhinein. Werden hier nicht mehr buchen. Dann lieber ein wenig mehr Geld für eine Unterkunft ausgeben um sowas nicht nocheinmal erleben zu müssen.

Ordentlich, gut vorbereitet mit Bettzeug, alles was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt vor Ort.

In der Wanne fehlt eine Duschkabine. Nach dem duschen, war das Bad etwas nass.

Wir waren sehr zu zufrieden

Moin, mein Schreiben soll keine Kritik oder meckern sein sondern nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag….da wir selber Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen auf Norderney sind würde ich im Wohnzimmer die dicken Übergardinen bis kurz unter der Fensterbank verkürzen….damit die Wärme der Heizung richtig regulieren kann…an den Fenstern selber würde ich Faltjalousinen anbringen die man hoch oder auch runterziehen kann.Die „Gardinen“die im Wohnzimmer hängen sind nicht vorteilhaft ….bei Anreise war die Wohnung kalt…..aber ansonsten war alles okay und wir würden auch gerne wiederkommen…Liebe Grüße aus Norderney von Lothar Lehmann/Magret Krüger

Top Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr groß und es befindet sich alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Sofa war sehr hart und es hätte eine Duschgardine vorhanden sein können aber ansonsten war es einfach super

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Nah am Zentrum, Bushaltestellen 100m ,Parkplatz vorm Haus und in der Nähe.

Kein Duschvorhang, Emallie am Badewannenrand abgeplatz. Halterung der Vorhänge im Wohn-Esszimmer ausgerissen. Betten und schlafsofa sehr durchgelegen. Wenn man eine Wohnung vermietet und eine Reinigung durchgeführt sein soll dann müssen Spinnen und Spinnweben entfernt sein. Es macht keinen guten Eindruck wenn das Treppenhaus sehr abgerockt aussieht. Wohnungs und Zimmertüren müssten mal erneuert werden.

Für den Preis ok..

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Tresor am Wohnhaus. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einer Wohngegend, in die Stadtmitte sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bis auf die laute Haustür ein ruhiges Haus..

Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil sehr in die Jahre gekommen, auf den ersten Blick zwar sauber, auf den zweiten eher schmuddelig..
