Eine gemütliche saubere Fewo. Es ist ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vielleicht ein größerer Topf z.B. für Spaghetti wäre vorteilhaft. Die Gastgeberin für alle Fragen offen, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Endreinigung kommt noch zum Endpreis dazu. Fehlte in der Beschreibung.

Wunderbare FeWo im Herzen Wilhelmhavens

Die FeWo ist großzügig geschnitten und „vollständig“ eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert tadellos, auch und vor allem in Küche und Bad. WLAN ist problemlos erreichbar und schnell. Wilhelmshaven selbst ist eine Reise wert mit seiner Innenstadt, dem „Südstrand“ und den dortigen zahlreichen Restaurants, dem Marinemuseum und dem Aquarium. Wilhelmshaven ist aber auch der perfekte Standort, um die westlichen „Siele“ von Horumersiel über Carolinensiel und Neuharlingersiel bis Greetsiel zu entdecken, zudem die ostfriesischen Städte Jever und Aurich, aber auch um östlich des Jadebusens Bremerhafen und Cuxhaven anzusteuern. Wir haben die Tage in der FeWo und der Region sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt besonders durch ihre tolle Ausstattung sowie ihre Nähe zur Innenstadt, welche fußläufig in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen war. Die Inneneinrichtung und Küchenausstattung waren hervorragend. Für uns gab es 3 negative Aspekte: Die Wohnung hatte keinen eigenen Wlan Router, man hatte lediglich "Zugang" zum Wlan der Nachbarn, was dazu führte, dass man de facto überhaupt nicht ins Internet konnte, da die Verbindung miserabel bzw. nicht existent war. Ferner war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche so niedrig, dass sich der Strahl aus dem Duschkopf zur Wand, anstatt zum Duschenden hin wölbte. Zuletzt gaben die Heizkörper in allen Zimmern außer im Wohnzimmer kaum Wärme ab und waren nicht selbst zu steuern. Als letzter Hinweis: In der Wohnung liegt Teppichboden aus, und es fand sich (trotz bezahlter 35 Euro Endreinigung) unter dem Sofa eine Staubschicht, Hausstauballergiker sollten daher aufpassen. Dennoch waren wir am Ende echt zufrieden und haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir würden dort nochmal übernachten.

Wir hatten trotz des Januarwetters eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Vermieter super nett! Wohnung wie beschrieben. In einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Wir haben trotz Innenstadt richtig super geschlafen. Bäcker und Lidl direkt um die Ecke. Parken auch kein Problem. Die FeWo kann man echt weiterempfehlen !

Gemütlich und zentral gelegen

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich begrüßt, auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur Innenstadt, wodurch die Lage für eine Ferienwohnung zunächst etwas untypisch wirkt. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein Reisebett für den Einjährigen zur Verfügung gestellt, einen Hochstuhl haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Ein Parkplatz war in der Straße immer zu finden. Der Kurpark, diverse Spielplätze und auch ein Lidl befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ansonsten sind weitere Ausflugsziele (Südstrand, Erlebnisschwimmbad) nach einem etwas längeren Spaziergang zu erreichen. Nach Hooksiel (Sandstrand) sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Auf unser Nachfragen durften wir etwas später abreisen, sodass der Einjährige auf der Heimreise seinen Mittagschlaf machen konnte. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die sehr freundlichen Nachbarn im Erdgeschoss.

Das Objekt war in Ordnung. Wer aber eine Behinderung hat muss wissen, das es in der 3. Etage mit steilen Treppen ist. Aber einen Parkplatz hatten wir immer in der Strasse. Bäcker gab es um die Ecke. Vom Objekt zur Fußgängerzone waren es etwa 10 Minuten zu laufen.

Vorneweg... Der Empfang fanden wir sehr freundlich, fühlten uns gleich wohl...Im Prinzip war auch alles vorhanden was man brauchte, sehr angenehme kleine Wohnung. Wir haben eine schöne Spätsommerwoche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, direkt gegenüber vom Rathaus. Man kann sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten (maritime Meile/Südstrand) sowie die Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Straße und im Haus war es ruhig, Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und ist für 2 Personen bestens geeignet. Es waren alle notwendigen Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden. Der überdachte Balkon zur Garten-/Hofseite hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Große Küche, großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Wohnstube und Schlafzimmer. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
