Good location. Close to the beach. Good security. The unit is well equipped and everything works.
Only real negative is that you are given a very large bunch of keys but only one tag that gets you in and out! And 3 separate remotes that do nothing except open the garage. Hence with only one tag, teenage children can’t come and go as they please and you can’t split up. Someone always has to be at or close to the unit with the tag! This is something that irritated us a lot.

Clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, sea view and pool
Early checkout.
Would have loved a shower instead of a bath in the main bedroom.

Some of the towels were stained and the hot water did not work in the kitchen. So in the middle of winter we had to wash dishes with cold water. I reported this to Ballito Accommodation via their emergency number but nobody bothered to assist.
