Guest House Capitan Meca

Excellent location, very comfortable.

Just there is no AC, it can be very hot sometimes.

It was very centrally located, which was amazing. Friendly cleaner. Easy check in. Lift access. The room was clean and had what was needed. The price/value ratio was good.

- It was very noisy, some guests were extremely inconsiderate and completely ignored quiet hours. Guy in room 2 making long loud back to back phone calls until 1.30am then starting up again at 8am. - There is no living room, it has been turned into another bedroom. - Pump air fresheners (3 total), which made a chemical environment. They didn't seem necessary as the place wasn't damp or old.

- location was great - communication with owner was smooth and fast - easy access to the accommodation - common areas were clean - single room for solo travelers

it was quite noisy (someone was watching television till late night and it was really loud, also doors in the guest house were super noisy, every time someone opened that doors I heard it as it was right next to me)

The location was excellent, Entry instructions, sent by WhatsApp, were easily followed. Lorenzo answered promptly when I messaged with a question.

Unfortunately my room (Room 1) was very dark, with little natural light due to the adjacent building, and with only a very dim ceiling light, and equally dim little table lamp for nighttime. I did realize as I was leaving that at least some of the other rooms had a much stronger ceiling light. Being January, and there being no heating, the room was cold but with using also the blanket from the second bed, this was not a major problem. I might also mention that the common kitchen really has seating for only a couple of guests, and there was no other communal area, but again not a problem in my case.
