I liked everything about my stay ! 1) Location: it is the best location you can find. 5 minutes to the Postiguet beach. Very central. 2) Really clean property. The cleaning lady was cleaning every day. So everything was really nice in shared spaces. 3) Host and instructions: self check in and check out. Clear instructions. 4) Other guests vere extremely respectful.

I did like everything, but just for your records, there is no AC in a room, just a fan. So it might be a bit hot for you. And walls are really thin. So if you have nosy neighbors, it could be a problem.

Was a bit hot only a ceiling fan for cooling and when fan up high all the pictures on the walls moved and made noise

I liked the location

There was no physical check-in and panicked when we could not find the location as there was no signs for it. There was a ceiling fan but no AC so it was a hot night

The location was excellent, Entry instructions, sent by WhatsApp, were easily followed. Lorenzo answered promptly when I messaged with a question.

Unfortunately my room (Room 1) was very dark, with little natural light due to the adjacent building, and with only a very dim ceiling light, and equally dim little table lamp for nighttime. I did realize as I was leaving that at least some of the other rooms had a much stronger ceiling light. Being January, and there being no heating, the room was cold but with using also the blanket from the second bed, this was not a major problem. I might also mention that the common kitchen really has seating for only a couple of guests, and there was no other communal area, but again not a problem in my case.
