Staff was very helpful and very accommodating
It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and the staff sent a cute birthday cake to her room.
I saw late the massage amenities—I wish the staff pushed their massage offers.
Our 1st room stank like the sewerage and we needed to transfer to another room as it was unbearable.
The 2nd room view was not as good as the first room which has a stunning view.

I loved the view of the ocean from my room. Also the breakfast was very elaborate.
The TVs in the room ( Blue Sky Suite ) are very much outdated. Its just for the sake the TVs are kept else the TVs are non functional. Also the cleaning staff never refilled the soaps/shampoo bottles for last 3 days of the stay.

Hotel Furniture is too old ,carpet is old stain all over it.
