The breakfast was excellent. Although there was no prosecco:) there was a great selection of dishes. Very good location - 5min of the beach
The woman at reception simply handed us our key cards and gave us no information about the hotel's facilities. She didn't mention breakfast (where and when it was served), the spa, or the restaurants.

Friendly reception with quick and easy check-in and check-out. The room was nice, and the location is great. close to good restaurants and bars, right by the sea. The restaurant and breakfast staff were all very attentive and friendly. The sauna was smaller than expected, but the massage was absolutely amazing.
The only thing I wish is that, as a 5-star hotel, they could add a special touch to acknowledge my birthday and make the stay more memorable, similar to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at for special occasions.

Not a value based Buffet in the Evening. A very average. I have much better experience with Hilton in another cities

The short distances between places of interest as well as the beach is a plus.
Breakfast wasn't that of a five star hotel quality but there was a large selection to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very nice and attentive.
I've stayed at a few five star 🌟 Hotel's but this Hilton didn't come close enough to warrant them. Perhaps a 3 at best a 4 star. The top floor was out of bounds for unknown reasons. The view from next door was magical. For the price paid I expected more.
