Friendly reception with quick and easy check-in and check-out. The room was nice, and the location is great. close to good restaurants and bars, right by the sea. The restaurant and breakfast staff were all very attentive and friendly. The sauna was smaller than expected, but the massage was absolutely amazing.
The only thing I wish is that, as a 5-star hotel, they could add a special touch to acknowledge my birthday and make the stay more memorable, similar to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at for special occasions.

The staff at the SPA seemed completely uninterested in their work. A welcoming smile? – Not at all. The receptionist did not listen, did not explain in detail what services were available, and left us wondering what this person’s role was in the first place. Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff overshadowed all the other positive impressions of our visit. This was especially disappointing because we had informed them in advance that we were coming to celebrate a birthday and wanted to make this a special experience. As long as such employees remain at the reception, I cannot recommend this SPA.

The short distances between places of interest as well as the beach is a plus.
Breakfast wasn't that of a five star hotel quality but there was a large selection to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very nice and attentive.
I've stayed at a few five star 🌟 Hotel's but this Hilton didn't come close enough to warrant them. Perhaps a 3 at best a 4 star. The top floor was out of bounds for unknown reasons. The view from next door was magical. For the price paid I expected more.
