Exceptional

Very clean, great size for a couple. Well equipped and a modern design. The best and most important part is the location. That's perfect. Very quiet and you can enjoy the balcony when the weather is nice. Breakfast was tasty and I think that there is something for everyone. I highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Very good

Nice, modern property with good facilities, very close to the beach/sea. Nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna (extra cost) which we had to ourselves for a while. Quiet location at the end of the main promenade. You will only really get sea views from the upper floors. there is a tree barrier to the sea which is partially welcome due to quite strong winds.

Bear in mind that this property is a mix of privately owned and serviced holiday rental apartments. It has services like a hotel … reception, pool/spa, restaurant etc … but does not operate like one. The staff were mostly very pleasant but were limited in what they can do and this led to some frustrations. For example when I needed an extra sheet to fully cover the sofa bed for the kids, this could not be solved, despite having room cleaning services. Arriving and departing the property as a guest by car is also not that convenient as there is no drop-off point.

Spacious apartment right at the beach

We booked an apartment with a separate bedroom. The furniture was new and functional. The kitchenette is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need. Very clean and spacious. A nice balcony rounded out our stay. By the way, the breakfast buffet was very good.

Cleaning. You have only cleaning when you are 7 days. Otherwise you have to book and pay. Funny for the amount of money you pay. You get the instruction what to do with your garbage- the facility was awful, a lot of garbage everywhere.

Would absolutely not recommend! Rather go to the Hilton, Radisson Blu or Hamilton hotels.

The location is very good, the complex is substantial in size with many properties and underground parking garage available for 65 Zl per day, outside parking is available for 50 Zl. every room has a smart tv and its own WiFi, which had a good signal.

Bad service! First room we received has a lot of sand on the bed. After asking the reception to change the room, we got a second room which was all fine. As we arrived at 7pm from Germany, we decided to go for dinner before unpacking. When we came back to unload our stuffs, there was luggage of other people in our room. We went to reception to complain, the front office manager did not apologize but instead just told us to temporarily move to a new room and then the next morning she would find another room for us to move AGAIN. My husband was very upset with her attitude and said we would not accept a temporary solution like that. We paid for the whole stay already and now, because of their mistake for double booking guests into the same room, we have to suffer. Once again, without any apology, the manager threaten us that we should not get angry and in the end, she gave us a room that has a very small double bed, no night stand or night lamp, the toilet brush was put randomly in the bathroom without a holder and even the toilet paper is of bad quality. We didn´t want to argue further and ruined our vacation so, we just accepted it and stayed. The room wall is very thin, we could hear the room next door talking loudly all night. In the morning on Saturday, there was drilling sound from the room upstairs as well. Room service is only provided with extra charge of 130zl, this is not mentioned in the description on Booking. Overall, we would not come back here ever again.

The split view room was great. The room was very beautifully decorated and loved the aesthetics.

Passable

The apartment is very close to the beach. It is located in a calm area but still in walking distance to the main attractions. It is in a new building so the apartment is modern and clean. We had a two leveled room, so sleeping was separate from living what is nice. The breakfast is good and has good variety.

1. We booked a room with sea view. Backed up by the pictures, my expectation was, that you can see the sea when looking out of the window. The view was not at all as advertised. When looking out of the window you see the other side of the building and the car parking. You could see a little bit of the sea only on the 2nd level and then when going into the corner of the balcony. Reception refused to provide a different room or reduce the price. We got free parking (which you can anyone simply leave) and access to the swimming pool instead. 2. The breakfast area is small and you have to line up quite a bit. 3. They could not provide a 2nd apartment key. 4. We had no Wifi Password. I had to go back to the room and take photo to proof that the information is not where it should be. Then reception handed it out. Not sure, why this was not possible immediately. 5. Why on earth did they put the car parking at the back of the building? Most of the apartments are facing the car parking ruining the view.
