Great location looking over the front, good for people watching from the balcony and very close to the supermarket, restaurants, market and ferry. Comfy beds, plenty of equipment, lift, dishwasher/laundry detergent and lovely welcome port and meringues.
Because of the location you have to expect some noise; traffic, people leaving bars, taking wheelie bins along the cobbles to the communal bins etc. Didn't bother us as it was quiet between midnight and 8am, but if you want perfect quiet then this is probably not the place for you.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. South facing balcony, while not very big was a great place to sit and watch the world go by.
Two of our party were light sleepers and found it noisy at night.

Les nuisances sonores nocturnes: voitures, gens et le bruit sur les pavés de poubelles sorties des restaurants jusqu a 3 heures du matin. Il faudrait que les fenetres soient en double vitrage pour que l appartement devienne exceptionnel
