Location is top. You can easily walk to the markets, gardens and the old town.
The house is beautifully decorated and the materials used were of very high quality. Feels like someone built, decorated and equipped a house for themselves, but ended up renting it instead :)
Only two things to raise.
The shower is really good, however due to how it's built, water easily floods all of the WC. If not careful, can easily reach the bedroom.
The second bedroom is attached to the first, meaning you have to walk through the first bedroom to exit the second bedroom. OK for families, but can be weird if with friends.
