The 3 bedroom apartment is very well situated in a residential area, close to the promenade, a grocery shop, cafes, and restaurants. The pier where the boats for the islands depart is a short walk. The apartment is homely and well equipped. There is a good supply of towels and linen. Tiago met us with some supplies, which was a nice touch. He gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. There is a lovely rooftop area to relax, as depicted in the photos.
The lighting in the stairwell and the pillows could be better. There was 1 decent neck pillow, which was appreciated. The beds in the 3rd bedroom are quite low...just something to be aware of. Perfect for children.

Location
Wardrobes full of old pillows / blankets - should be empty and clean for holiday makers clothes. Outside space huge but with little furniture- no barbecue when the space needed one. A lot of space used up with memorabilia from grandparents. Tv did not have Netflix although a good range of channels. No headboards and had to look for pillows that were clean as in the same wardrobe as dirty pillows.
