A dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e anche dal centro casa munita di tutto pulita e ottima se si vuole fare una vacanza in famiglia o con amici

Es war einfach wunderschön. Perfekt Ausstattung. Die Küchenzeile war bei uns neu. Die Lage ist perfekt, in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Ebenso so schnell ist man im Zentrum. Eine Konditorei ist nur gute 100 Meter entfernt und eine Bäckerei ca. 400 Meter. Was zu beachten ist, dass der Müll getrennt wird; jeden Tag kommt eine andere Müllabfuhr. Wenn man das nicht will, kann man den Müll selbst am Ortseingang neben dem Supermarkt Conad abgeben. Noch eine Anmerkung. Die Gastgeberin hatte ihre Eltern zur Wohnungsübergabe geschickt und man kann mit ihnen nur in italienischer Sprache kommunizieren (man ist halt in Italien); für mich kein großes Problem, da ich etwas italienisch kann. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und man bekommt für den Aufenthalt eine Parkgenehmigung; keine Gebühr.
