About this apartment rental
The Alessia & Chiara house is located within the already beautiful private Residence in the center of San Vito Lo Capo and surrounded by greenery. It is about 300 meters from the beach and about 400 meters from the central pedestrian area.
Nearby you will find many bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, delicatessens, squares with evening events and recreational facilities such as playgrounds, basketball court and camping that offer the opportunity to take advantage of football fields, tennis and much more.
At 200 meters from the house, you will find bus and coach stops connecting the country to the airports of Palermo and Trapani, (Es: the Shuttle Express bus line) and to the two large cities near Palermo and Trapani (Es: the Russian bus line and Segesta).
You will also find many Transfer and Bike Rental Agencies.
The extra charge of € 30.00 is payable upon arrival.
Rent preferably per week.
Check-in time: from 13.00
Check-out time: before 10.00 am
Upon your arrival I will greet you personally or a reception assistant: we will provide the keys to the house during Check-in. In case of late arrival and / or in the event of an early departure, you must arrange the delivery and release keys.
Minimum stay of 3 nights in low season.
Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season.
It is possible to book in advance. In this case. The balance of the payment will take place upon arrival in the apartment with the delivery of the house keys.

Lovely apartment, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was delayed so we arrived (really really) late, and were met and checked in. The location is great, close enough to walk to the beach and town (about 5 minutes) but in a quiet area. Nice terrace which we did yoga in the morning and had drinks in the evening. We were in San Vito for climbing and had a great time.

We stayed in this apartment over new year's eve 2015/2016. First of all the prior communication with the apartment owner Alessia was very nice and always very quick. We found everything the way it is described here on the page, we found the kitchen well-equipped (in case you are staying during the summer season, there even is a barbecue in front of the apartment), the bed comfortable and the overall apartment nice and clean.
As we stayed there during the winter, we were a little concerned about the temperature but with the installed air condition it is no problem to heat the kitchen/living room and the bed room to comfortable temperatures.
All in all we enjoyed our stay there, it was a nice "base" for our daily climbing excursions and I would recommend this apartment to my friends if they want to stay in St Vito lo Capo.
