Check-in was very easy. The terrace is spacious and pleasant, and the location is excellent.
The third bedroom serves as a passage to the terrace and the second bathroom, which guests should be aware of. The apartment is also quite dark inside, which may be relevant especially for stays in winter when the terrace is less usable.
The apartment was adequate and met our basic needs. In the end, we were not charged for linen, but this was only resolved after contacting customer care.
Communication with the host felt impersonal and largely automated. The apartment was equipped with the bare minimum (e.g. exactly five spoons and glasses), which was sufficient but left little flexibility. Additionally, the sofa had a noticeable moldy smell.
Overall, an acceptable stay, but clearer upfront information and more hospitable communication would improve the experience.

Struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al mare, al centro e a molti altri servizi. Gentilissima e disponibile la signora Silvana ed altrettanto il marito Massimo.
Solo due piccoli dettagli da migliorare:
-uno dei fornelli del gas da cucina da sistemare perché non funzionante
- le zanzariere a tendina non proprio efficaci come deterrente.

Comunicazione con l'host veloce, chiara e professionale. Appartamento molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (cucina perfettamente attrezzata, lavatrice, aria condizionata, parcheggio privato dietro l'angolo). Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e con vari negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Soluzione perfetta per una vacanza a San Vito Lo Capo.
Essendo al piano terra, l'appartamento non gode di molta luce naturale, ma e' un dettaglio trascurabile.

La quadratura dell’appartamento è giusta per una famiglia di 4 persone ! Garage sottostante molto comodo !
Il terrazzo purtroppo è la vera pecca infatti mai utilizzato se non per stendere i panni e fare la lavatrice che era lì risposta purtroppo è posizionato sopra ed è poco utilizzabile per una cena o quant’altro perché portare sopra le vivande è scomodo visto la scala a chiocciola molto stretta!
