The location was amazing, wonderfull amenities, delicious food. Would definetly return to Hedef. The experience was overall excellent.
The hotel management should ensure that they have staff which can speak english. Not everyone who stays at the hotel is russian or turkish.

Meal is good.
Spa area is perfect. Sauna is free from 12 to 15.
Full spa package costs 25 USD. Can negotiate a discount for children.
Location is ok. Not far from local market.
A lot of tourists in September. Staff apparently can't cope with all of them.
Long queues for food. Hard to find a vacant table for lunch.

Nothing . Very expensive and poor condition
Food very bad . Beer was disgusting . Another drink was only vodka and hot wine. Cofee machine all time was broken and juice was disgusting. All building was cracked and badly repair for 5 stars resort . Beach is not that from picture . Internet speed was like walking snail . They sell you something and when you are there is nothing . Swiming pool was dangerous ...lot of trap there for kids . Staff speak only russian ... is unacceptable for 5 * .
