Неплохое расположение от общественного транспорта. Неплохой бассейн с двумя горками. Очень хорошая анимация (шоу, спортивные игры) и музыка.

Номер старый, вода в раковине вообще не уходила. Старые ковролины во всем отеле. Нет пляжных полотенец. Одноразовые стаканчики - уже пережиток, есть куча альтернатив из прочного пластика. Мяса толком не было.

If you english dont book this hotel, its full of turkish and kurdish guests and catered only for them, The staff do a good job keeping a older hotel clean but they need to spend money on this place everything over used and old. The animation team have a hard job and do well, lack a bit of sincerity all seems a little fake hellos, once you checked in no one wants to help. The turkish and Kurdish guests run the hotel, the staff seem scared to address anything with them, they push in front of cues for lifts and food pushing our kids out the way, they take what they want, our sunbeds our floaties we paid for, it really ruined our holiday. Seemed like we were bullied the whole time. The entertainment is for turkish guests. Id say their better not to accept bookings not really fair for anyone english. When we played water polo, they dont let women play, and our 15 year old son got held under water but turkish men, staff did nothing! All In all dont book if your a foreigner. Food again catered for turkish, it was ok for us as we like their food, but its a free for all to get served. Hate leaving bad reviews but they should just keep to locals

Carpet old and dirty Curtains ripped and old Tiles cracked in bathroom 2 tiny lifts for hundreds of rooms waited ages everytime and we were on top floor. Staff are rude, especially guy who books the activities he gives you a big price then if you dont book with him, because we found it half price online, he didnt talk to us for the rest of our stay like totally ignored us Police attended hotel because a women was being beaten by her husband The hotel is catered for turkish and kurdish we felt very unsafe and made us feel intimidated
