The beds could be more comfortable maybe change the mattress

We liked everything. Has things to offer for everyone.. We were 3 families,about 12 people, and we really enjoyed.

We didn't like the hospitality at the reception. Actually, there was no hospitality at all.. We didn't feel welcome at all.We actually feel like they were doing a favor to us being there. They didn't explain anything about the hotel facilities. They give the key(only one room key for 4 adults,even if my son was going to be 18 in one month,is still a grown up person)to the bell boy to take us to the room and that's it.When I came back later to ask about at least one more key ,they told me that I have to come to the reception whenever I need to open the door and they will send the bell boy to open.How is that? I would like to mention that we had an apartment with 2 rooms. They need to learn hospitality.

The hotel is very nice and we had everything we needed.The food was very nice and variety. Most of the staff in the restaurant were nice and friendly. The room attendant was doing a great job. The shows were really nice. There are a lot of activities for everyone and especially for kids. Great swimming pool,one of them with warm water, especially that outside, wasn't very hot.

The staff doesn't have any idea about hospitality. Especially the reception staff. They act like you disturb them or you are there for free,not that we pay the money for this vacation and we deserve to be treated fairly. The first impression when we arrived on May 20th at 7 p.m,was disappointing. The reception guy gives the key(one key for 4 adults and 2 keys for pool towels instead of 4.) to the bell boy to take us to the room. No welcome,not enjoy... without any form of greeting. I was coming back afterward to ask for at least one more key because my mom( 74 years old) needs to rest early then us, and he said that he is short of key and whenever I need it i have to pass by reception and he will send the bell boy to open. Later that night, I went to ask to open the door, and there was a line that I was not happy about it and the poor bell boy he was having another guests (new arrivals to take them to the room) on different floor,different area. You need to teach them hospitality,especially since not all your guests are first timers . Also, the bar staff (not the youngest, which they learn job) they serve you without any signs of being committed to providing excelent service or at least good. Being 5 stars hotel should make a little effort. Also, the cocktail did not follow the recipe. The piña collada i could not drink.
