Quiet relaxing stay

The apartment was in a lovely quiet location, it was only a 10 minute walk to Chedder, they had a nice little stream for the dogs on the way to the village,

It would have been nice to have a welcome pack, we had no milk, Also the bedroom was very hot and humid in there, It would have been nice to have been able to open the skylight, I had hardly any sleep, but i would go back to the site but in a different apartment ro the one we had,

Great Apartment

The Apartment, was everything we could of wanted good walks for the dogs right on our doorstep. . We loved the Apartment so clean. The sofas were so comfortable as well as the bed loved the walk in shower plenty of hot water and everything you needed in the kitchen. Bonus having a small garden to sit in.

There was nothing we could find fault with very happy with our stay would most definitely go back.

A very pleasant and happy holiday home experience

Having stayed in various holiday homes that were nothing like their rating around the Somerset area we were very pleasantly surprised and happy that Annex Apartment more than fulfilled our expectations. From owners through to the cottage itself there was outstanding.

4th visit and hopefully not the last!

Quiet Location, quality accommodation with excellent kitchen also the whole apartment was superbly furnished , comfortable bed the bathroom was well fitted out with a walk in shower.

The walk in shower did not have any grab handles and the shower mat should really be the length of the shower to prevent slipping, unfortunately as a person with reduced mobility this would help enormously as would a slightly higher toilet.

Little gem of a place

Lovely little place, super close to Cheddar Gorge and Caves. Really warm and cosy. Most comfortable bed and pillows I've had in an accommodation ever. The host was lovely, helpful and friendly.

We loved it and perfect for our needs having the enclosed out door space was a bonus .

Only comment would be that the fridge was very noisy at times which was noticeable at night but then I like it quiet so this may not bother someone else . And a couple of blankets would be great All in all a fabulous annex apartment would highly recommend it 10 out of 10

A tranquil retreat

The apartment was light bright and airy and oh so cosy in the evenings. It was tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. Everything that you needed was there....a proper home from home. It is very peaceful set in beautiful surroundings yet only a short stroll from all that cheddar has to offer. The owners are helpful and friendly, on hand if you need them . Would definitely return.

My partner and i were extremely happy with the annex at cheddar bridge, its our second time there. We were there about 4 years ago when we stayed in a static which also exceeded our expectations. We both think the annex was amaizing value for money, everything catered for and thoroughly clean and smelling fresh. We were that happy we extended our stay another 2 days and didnt want to leave. We look forward to another stay at cheddar bridge and a big thankyou to the owners for such a warm welcome.

Wonderfully placed, clean & comfortable, very relaxing.

The accommodation was wonderful, & the hosts very friendly. Location was spot-on for walking the dog, bird spotting, photography, walking to the gorge & caves. Lots of places to eat locally, & many other places of interest (such as Wells, the Somerset Levels & bird reserves, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare & Bristol) are all within a short car journey.

I can think of nothing that didn't meet my expectations.

Perfect , Comfortable , Clean , Bright and Modern , loved our stay at The Annex .

Perfect , extremely well laid out , large and roomy ,bright and freshly decorated , comfortable bed , spotlessly clean & well equipped , enclosed area for our dog . We were absolutely thrilled . Ideal to walk into Cheddar town , great walk from park for the dog . Lovely friendly park . Ideal for touring , we visited Cheddar reservoir, Cheddar , Wells , Clifton Pier, Weston Super Mare, while staying at the Park .

Very spacious, beautifully decorated throughout to a very very high standard. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owners are so welcoming. Stunning walks all around the property too.

Clean comfortable and quiet location. The hosts lived on sight and always someone available.

We were self catering and the Kitchen in the Annex looked new with enough cooking and Utensils for meals. The Annex was very clean. The TV was at least 55” and the Dyson Vacuum Cleaner worked. Hair Dryer and Fold away Ironing board. Good sized wardrobe too. Bathroom looked new too. Great shower nice and big and new shower. Good sized Bathroom and lots of Towels so you could have 2 on the go each, more than enough.

Not much really. We used it to base ourselves so we could go out during the day and if we wanted to cook then we just needed to bring food back with us

The Annex

Loved the location, easy to travel around Cheddar and other areas. The dog walk out the back was brilliant and straight onto the river which our dog was very happy with considering the weather. The property was clean and very comfortable.

Only downside was the windows didn’t close easily.

Superb

Beautiful apartment recently renovated to high standard. Small self contained garden fencing all around and sturdy gate and bolt for our much loved dog Rosie. Lovely well kept site flowers everywhere, no children adults only & pets.so very much enjoyed ourselves! Thanks Hilary and Bob

Lovely apartment, very clean and cosy, had everything we were looking for and more. Kitchen was really well stocked, was pleased to find it had a larder fridge and freezer and easily able to prepare meals after a day out. Plenty of towels, hot water and responsive central heating. Hosts were readily available and provided sound advice and recommendations on where to visit and local facilities.
