Haytor Court, Haytor, Dartmoor - The Moor on Your Doorstep

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Lovely lounge with great views! Good shower.

Kitchen chairs were a bit uncomfortable!!! But fine!

a beautifully kept, spacious apartment with everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The host Vanessa is very welcoming and sent detailed information about access, facilities, local information on shops/pubs etc beforehand. the apartment is light and airy, with dual aspect views across the tree-tops in the lounge and stunning views of Haytor Rocks in the kitchen. The lounge sofas are very comfy to relax in, and there is a good selection of local maps and visitor information - the moor with its endless networks of footpaths is just on the doorstep! This was our 3rd visit and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Nothing really - guests should be aware though that there is no outside garden space that goes with this apartment (unlike the other flats in the development). As Vanessa says, there is space aplenty on the moor!

The place was absolutely spotless. + Very well equipped kitchen + THREE sofas in the lounge. + Lots of books, DVDs and a TV provided + Washing machine AND dryer + Lots of toilet rolls, hand soap, and alcohol gel provided + A bonus shower gel pump on the wall in the shower + Host very friendly, and contactable via the website or via whatsapp in case of any issues.

- Single bed in the second bedroom was a bit soft Not bad, per se, but just to note that the entrance is on the ground floor, with the flat itself on the first floor - so you have to walk everything upstairs. Also, there are permanent residents living beneath, which you're kinda aware of.
