The property is in the centre of Rome, so we could visit the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, the zoo and Villa Borghese on foot. Very easy to travel by the local buses to visit places further away. Our room used to be cleaned everyday, change of towels, coffee, milk and shower gel and toilet paper always topped up.Facility to use a dolce gusto coffee machine and also a kettle in the room. AC worked well and also lift facility.

Its close to everything you can walk to wherever you want while in Rome.
Maybe they can move the check out time to noon atleast 🥹

The location was perfect (5 minutes from metro, 10 minutes from Vatican, 20 minutes from city centre). Our room was clean (daily cleaning) and comfortable.
We had some problems with check in as link provided by the property didn’t work properly. The next day we had to let other guests in at midnight, because it didn’t work for them as well.
Unfortunately, we were not able to use tv due to the lack of remote control although we asked for it.

The location is excellent, just 10min walk from Vatican.
First they changed our accommodation without asking and without giving a reason, they accommodated us in another room 5 min walk from the original.
The WiFi signal was not working at all for two days, I asked the staff to checked they said they would, but I think they even didn’t try to sort it.
They don’t provide with enough gel/shampoo, we had a very small shampoo bag per person, it hardly gives you for your body, so don’t think you will have enough to wash your hair as well.
The room was very noise, it wasn’t sound proof. I could hear the neighbours and all the traffic.
The daily cleaning was fine, although I consider that the room needs a deeper cleaning in general, windows are very dirty, blankets and pillows need an extra wash they were yellow!
