Good price and location

Apartment has good location, most useful equipment (like coffee maker and microwave), bed is pretty comfortable, good choice for a couple of nights.

There was nothing awfully wrong, but even with small effort host could make this space SO MUCH nicer - the night lamp did not match and had cold light, the standing lamp was dirty and shaky, there was only one cutting board, the detergents used to clean the bathroom were pretty smelly.

A nice traditional property in the centre of beautiful Kobarid

Lovely owners who do everything they can to ensure you have a lovely stay, location in the centre of Kobarid, well equipped kitchen for cooking, nice outdoor seating areas, parking onsite, wide opening windows and balcony doors, efficient air con, powerful shower, great WiFi and good value

No lounge area, no tea or coffee provided, bed and floor a bit squeaky as it is an older property. However, would be happy to stay here again because of all the positives.

Nice, cozy and very clean apartment in a very quiet street. You can reach the center of Kobarid in less than three minutes (walking distance) and it's the perfect place to stay in this beautiful town. The parking space is just beside the house and we liked the very easy check-in via key box.

- conveniently located (very close to village and supermarket) - sunny garden, ideal for lunch - comfy for family of 4 (large master bedroom and smaller bedroom with bunk beds)

- no living room and the kitchenette is quite dark > missed a cosy lounge area

Perfect.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Every single thing was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable with great facilities. The garden was a huge plus - we loved sitting out on the chairs in the evening. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Nice host, roomy appartments in a nice old building, perfectly situated in a calm and quiete location. 2 Minutes from main square with private parking. Especially enjoyed the lovely terrace for our daily breakfast.

Very nice apartment, very centrally located

Nice apartment, very quiet while it is located right near the central square, convenient free private parking near the house. Good WiFi, welcoming hosts (interesting info on history of Slovenia left for guests inside). It is on the second floor with pretty steep stairs; it was not a problem for us but may be difficult for people with restricted mobility.

We selected Stres-les Sunny Apartments because it was just a little outside of the center of the town. It was nice and quiet for sleeping, while being within a short walk into town.

An actual coffee pot or coffee pod machine would have been nice, but we’d stay here again despite.

Disappointed

Near to the city center.

Title apartments is not correct - we had only a family room (double bed and sofa). There was only a small refrigerator, some kitchenware, water heater, a cooking pan but no stove or cooking plate. You surely can not prepare warm food there. Regarding the communication with a host ist this more a AIRBnB-style location. We will definitely not select this location for our next Kobarid visit.

Awesome location, room good for a couple, too small for more people.

Liked the water fountain, coffee kettle, cleanliness.

The room is a bit small for 4 people (three and a baby), walls are really thin, so with a full house it gets pretty loud with neighbours watching tv, snoring, arguing.

Quiet and clean apartment in a quiet and clean town

The apartment is in a quiet location close to the town, and with car parking. The place is spotlessly clean and had a nice balcony and areas outside to sit. The facilities were fine for us. It was easy to communicate with the owner about arriving a bit earlier than we expected. Air-conditioning worked really well.

It's a bit cramped inside and there is nowhere other than the beds on which to sit and relax. The wifi tended to cut out, but it wasn't really a problem.

Great hosts, great location and very clean

Would definitely recommend! Lovely hosts who were very easy to communicate with. The building is well located and beautiful, our apartment was very clean, spacious and had a lovely view to the hills, with great hot water and pressure.

The pillows were very soft.

La ubicación, estaba muy cerca del centro y de la salida para hacer la ruta histórica. El parking, incluido en el precio y con plazas amplias.

No había microondas ni tostadora, que nos habría ido muy bien para el desayuno. La nevera era un poco pequeña.

Schöne alte Villa mit kleinem Außenbereich zum Sitzen. Perfekt gelegen in Kobarid, es sind nur ein paar Schritte in den Ortskern zum Supermarkt und den Restaurants. Nett eingerichtet, mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Alles funktional. Quelle vorm Haus mit herrlich frischem Wasser. Kobarid ist eine gute Ortswahl für viele Aktivitäten, Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Soca ist sehr sehr erfrischend, die Nadriza hingegen angenehm frisch.
