If I come back to Savona, I would rent this apartment without hesitation. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Very well equipped. Nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and with a stunning view. A very good pizzeria just across the street. The city centre, train station, everything in the walking distance. The owner always responded quickly to all our questions.

The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, but the foldable sofa in the living room could be a bit more comfortable for sleeping.

The host was really nice and gave us some tips where to go Nice place and comfortable It has a free beach in front of the apartment but no sand just rocks (it was OK with water shoes) Supermarket and shops 2min walking

Excellent

The location was very good and we really enjoyed, because the flat was very clean and all the necessary equipment was provided, like towels, iron, AC, water kettle etc. It was actually more than we had expected. It is a superb place to stay with family and children. We were really very pleased and the host was very friendly. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much and the flat provided all that we needed. We will surely recommend it.

Very well located apartments with some issues

Location was excellent right next to the beach. Good access to shops, you can access the supermarket from the underground parking(only if you pay for the parking since there is a gate separating it). Valentino was very helpful and friendly and was kind enough to provide us with a baby bed free of charge (not very common in Italy). Good (paid) safe parking with your own garage. Side sea view with a big window. Apartment had all the necessary utilities. Internet Connection was decent.

The air conditioning control unit in the bathroom was making very loud and annoying noises every few minutes when air conditioning in use. That really needs to be fixed. No real place to dry clothes, although there was a small clothing line in the bathroom. Bedsheets could really use some upgrades. Bedroom is kinda dark and smells a bit like mold. Although clean you can see traces of mold all around the building, nothing in the apartment itself. No balcony. Shower drain was almost clogged from the beginning of our stay.

Appartamento confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima e favorevole per raggiungere la spiaggia, la stazione, e il centro di Savona. Comodità assoluta di avere il parcheggio a disposizione sotto casa. Vicinanza dei servizi essenziali come supermercato farmacia bar ristorante panettiere... Alloggio ideale per una coppia oppure per una famiglia con due bambini. Bellissima la vista mare. Host gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Se dovessimo tornare a Savona terremo sicuramente presente questa sistemazione.

L'assenza di un terrazzo che potrebbe venire utile soprattutto nel caso di soggiorni più lunghi per posizionare lo stendibiancheria.
