the location was the best part and the price we paid, kitchen and lounge was comfortable and practical, pleasant

Sheets ie bedding should be provided and included in the cost, it would have been better to be away from the traffic sounds so the window could be opened, especially important in the summer. Plus cleaning should also be included in the cost.

Very clean and well equipped, great location for ferry.

The location was excellent for ferry departure.

I wrote to the hosts in my best French before arriving, to ask them to send their confirmation email in English and did not receive a reply. I arrived at the property and had difficulty entering the keypad system, I called the hosts and left voicemail, but received no call back. I managed to enter but couldn't find room key, the door was open, I eventually found the key inside a kitchen drawer. Communication could have been better.

Very good

Lovely new apartment in a quiet area just outside St Malo. Clean and comfortable with all you would need for a self catering stay. The hosts were super and responded quickly to messages with offers to assist with any questions. Parking was easily available close by. Would definitely stay again.

A little bit out of St Malo so probably need a car if going into St Malo Intra Muros or take the bus. The “clic clac” sofa was a bit worn and uncomfortable, but fine for an overnight stay. The shower tray is a bit slippery and my colleague had a bit of a fall so could perhaps do with a non slip mat or something. Some English tv channels would be nice but not essential. Nothing major to say that is negative and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Très heureux et entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour.

La location était conforme à la description et idéalement située géographiquement, proche de tout. Propre,bien agencée et équipée avec un lit super confortable. Un hôte réceptif et disponible immédiatement. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 4 nuits et ne manquerons pas d'y retourner. Un vrai bonheur,donc à bientôt.😊

La proximité de la route mais nous étions prévenus et compte tenu de la saison,ça ne nous a pas dérangé.😉

Parfait

Appartement très propre et bien aménagé, calme et fonctionnel , je recommande vivement. Place de parking très accessible. L’accès est sécurisé par un sas pour rentrer dans la résidence et code de verrouillage pour entrer dans l’appartement.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et deux nuits dans l’appartement. Tout a été tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Situation géographique excellente pour visiter St Malo , en 10 mn et vous et a la ville. Notre à été joignable, très facilement joignable , ayant fait moi même une erreur, je mettais trompé de numéro d’entrée, bien que tout nous avait été préalablement transmis. Je recommande vivement , merci à notre hotte Alan. Ronan Rousvoal

Le manque total de charme , appartement très nu et pas de filtre à café dans une toute petite cafetière. Le matelas à rajouter est plus grand que le canapé déplié .

Facile a trouver pres de la morgue et du funérarium

La presence d esprit du proprietaire qui fournit les bouchons d oreilles car le logement mal insonorisé est situé pres d une voie rapide.

Une boite blanche decorée a la va vite pour faire des sous , indications pour ouvrir la porte données a l envers ( on vous donnes le code puis ensuite la manipulation a faire précedement....lol...au bout d une longue diatribe inutile..... cuisine absolument pas équipée....rapport qualité prix complètement solaire. Chambre pas faite , chaussette sale retrouvée , literie plus que médiocre

Un excellent logement, propre et calme.

La réservation faite un peu tard. Le propriétaire m'a appelé juste après la réservation, il m'a fourni routes les informations nécessaires pour accéder au logement, ect. et m'a envoyé un SMS juste après avec tous les code d'accès, adresse, parking, ect. Le monsieur est très gentil et très professionnel, c'est très rassurant. Le logement est très propre, très calme, la cuisine bien équipé, salle de bain spacieux et propre. Des places de parking gratuite à côté de la propriété.

Juste la salle de bain qui est dans la chambre, ça risque d'être embêtant si la ou les personnes qui dorment dans le séjours ont besoin d'aller au petit coins pendant la nuit. Mais ce n'était pas notre cas en tout les cas :)
