The property itself is beautiful
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant stay. If 0 stars would be possible we would give 0. for better understanding: you cannot buy drinks or food in this coomplex that’s why we went to a supermarket to buy groceries. So during our day by the pool (there was nobody else) we wanted to drink a bottle of wine out of plastic cups because glass is not allowed. So after 2minutes the Woman from the reception came down to remind us in a very unpolite way to go back to our room because glass bottels are obviously also not allowed. Also our bag of chips was forbidden at the pool. So just that you know anytime you want to eat or drink anything you need to go back to your room to do so.
The next day: as checkout is already at 10am we wrote an email to the hotel beforehand an asked if you could checkout and then stay by the pool for 1 or 2 hours and the answer was yes. So we checkout and went to the pool as the owner(?) came around and asked us to leave his property right away, he even touched and pushed us!!!

Me and my girlfriend have just left Extra Urbano after 10 nights stay and were sad that we had to leave. We had an amazing stay here and will definitely come back again in the future. The accommodation is new, built last year with a lot of eye for detail. The host Rachele took very good care of us. The pool area is nice, clean and quite.
The location is also great. Many nice villages within 10-20 minutes drive, and of course the beautiful lake Garda.
If you are reading this and considering booking, my advise would be to book right away!

Sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern.TOP !
Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und man kann herrlich entspannen. Der Pool ist genial. Jedes Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz innerhalb der Anlage.
Jeden Morgen wird alles geputzt und hergerichtet.
Auch das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt.
Die Chefin ist so freundlich und sympathisch. Sie gibt immer Auskunft und organisiert alles, was man möchte. Jeden Morgen gibt es Kaffee und Croissants. Alles im Preis inbegriffen.
Als ich krank wurde, hat sie mit der Apotheke telefoniert und auch übersetzt, als die Sanitäterinnen kamen. Sie ist wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wie eine Freundin. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Man muss 3 km nach Peschiera fahren, um einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen.
Aber dafür hat man dort einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche und haben uns gut erholen können.
Moderne Ausstattung, sehr gutes Bett, toller Pool.Insgesamt sehr gepflegte und moderne Anlage. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, es wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Sessel im Wohnbereich waren nicht bequem. Wenig Geschirr und Gläser. Anstelle der Waschmaschine wäre eine Geschirrspülmaschine angebracht.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Atmosphäre

Wir sind ein Paar Ende 20 und haben 7 Tage hier verbracht. Uns hat es hier sehr sehr gut gefallen, die Anlage und die Apartments sind sehr sauber, modern und schön 😊
Apartment: wir hatten das Apartment Parigi mit sehr großem Balkon, eigener Küche und Essbereich. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und groß für 2 Personen. In der Küche gibt es einen Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und genügend Töpfe/Pfannen, Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr. Was uns gefehlt hat bzw. was ihr mitnehmen solltet: Eiswürfelformen, Auflaufform, Frischhaltefolie, Alufolie, Geschirrtücher, Backpapier. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, sofern man das wünscht. Die Reinigung war immer sehr gründlich und unsere Sachen wurden immer sehr süß hingerichtet. 🫶🏻
Poolbereich: von ca 9-19 Uhr geöffnet, sehr schön und chillig mit vielen Pflanzen und Bäumen, die Schatten spenden. Liegen sind super bequem und es gibt glaube ich mehr Liegen als Gäste 😅 also man findet immer eine freie Liege 👍🏼 die Größe des Pools ist auch perfekt. Man darf seine eigenen Getränke mit zum Pool nehmen, die Weingläser aus dem Zimmer sind aus Plastik 🍷
Lage: Es ist sehr ruhig hier und man ist etwas abseits. Trotzdem ist man in ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Peschiera. Dort gibt es auch einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der gut erreichbar ist. Außerdem gibt es 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ein tolles Café (Mad Bread), bei dem man brunchen kann. Ein Menü liegt auf dem Zimmer und man erhält sogar 20% Rabatt wenn man aus dem Extra Urbano kommt 😍 ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt gibt es einen großen Conad Superstore, wo man alles findet was man braucht, mit italienischem Supermarkt Flair👌🏼
Service: Der Service hier ist wirklich herausragend. Man bekommt zum Frühstück kostenlos Cappuccino und leckere Croissants aufs Zimmer gebracht, man muss nur ein Tag vorher Bescheid geben, wann man das Frühstück haben möchte.

Traumhaft
Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Vom 23.07. bis 27.07. haben wir im Extra Urbano pure Erholung gefunden. Die ruhige Lage, der wunderschöne Pool und das freundliche Personal machen diesen Ort zu einem kleinen Paradies. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, wie viel Wert darauf gelegt wird. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es war unser erstes Mal hier, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte!

Wszystko super, piękne pokoje i wygodne łóżka. Rano dostarczano do pokoju croissanty pistacjowe, sok wyciskany z pomarańczy i pyszną kawa.
Obsługa super!
Niektóre miejsca parkingowe są pod drzewami. W maju spada z nich jakiś lepki sok. Samochód nadaje się do mycia. Lepiej poprosić o miejsce w garażu.
