La amabilidad de los anfitriones, los servicios próximos (tiendas, restauración), la relación calidad/precio. La ubicación es estupenda, ni muy cerca ni muy lejos del centro histórico y el puerto. Y muy bien conectada con las vías de acceso a la ciudad.
El piso es fantástico. Si eché algo de menos serían cosas insignificantes y de las que en realidad se puede prescindir, como por ejemplo unas tijeras en la cocina. Al ser un primer piso, también se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, pero en general es una calle tranquila.
