Kitchen utensils - poor quality cutlery and some essential pieces missing eg fish slice - chopping board - poor quality bed linen

The location was fantastic, free and paid parking not far away, and we were able to stop closeby for luggage. Overall adequate, air-conditioning etc worked and beds comfortable. Staff communication was good. We will definitely return to Cartagena as there's a lot to see..

Broken lounger on terrace was disappointing, apparently getting replaced next week, outside furniture uncomfortable and only 1 relaxation chair and no view, as too high. Lack of personal touch inside, no table mats, no draining board or dish towels, no rugs etc. We had a very bad experience, our 16 year old was trapped in the bedroom as the door handle failed and jammed closed and she has panic attacks,and was unwell for the remainder of the trip.. We lost half of our 1st evening on a 2 day trip. No offer of compensation was made, apart from an apology. We were also allowed a 12 o clock check out but our key code/ app stopped working at 11!!
