Great location. Quirky room.

Breakfast - had to go outside to access breakfast because even though we had agreed with receptionist to have an early breakfast she didn’t tell the breakfast staff. The breakfast lady was eventually lovely but it took some persuasion.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended

A great hotel. We had read reviews so had some personal information about the car park which was helpful. I did get irritated by the Staymyway remote access app partially because we were travelling and I needed to stop to concentrate and upload id documents. However it wasn't that difficult when I worked my way through it. We arrived after 17.00 so used the app to open all the doors. Our room was amazing. There was a nice lounge area with nice contemporary furniture but our big surprise was the very well equipped kitchen which was cleverly hidden by many doors. As were there only one night we weren't able to make use of it other than the full size fridge freezer and the coffee machine- much appreciated first thing in the morning. Our bed was super comfy and the small ensuite with great towels was perfect. Everything was of a very high specification. Our only problem was finding the breakfast room. Fortunately another guest had seen our attempts and came to get us. The entrance is via the lift on the ground floor and follow the appropriate button on the other side of the lift and those doors then open to the dining room - easy, when you know how! Breakfast was very good. We didn't get to see many staff but those we met briefly were lovely.

As said, the Staymyway remote access irritated me at first but it all worked out OK and I'd happily use the app again. However, I would still prefer to have a physical key! Other than that, all was good.
