The room is clean and very comfortable. There’s a small table with coffee and tea. The balcony is large so you can enjoy it.

Loved the good location, room was large, clean and bright. Owner was very responsive, kind and helpful, I never lacked anything and had a pleasant stay in Catania. Alibus stop near the b&b, metro Italia a few steps away.
Fridge in the hallway where you can put your own food.
Aircon was fantastic!
Comfy bed
Smell of mould in the bathroom (but I just opened the window and it was gone).
Rack lacking near the shower to place bath products.
Pillows are hard, you can ask for a soft one (I was lucky to find one in the wardrobe)
I didn't have breakfast, owner provides a coupon for a bakery downstairs. I just had the coffee in the hallway, it was good.
Yes, loud traffic sounds are a thing, but you can use earplugs and drink a glass of wine before going to bed, you will sleep like a baby!

Clean and nice apartment (including bathroom) and a comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Quite a big balcony with table and chairs. Also availability of filter coffee and tea facilities in the room. Exceptional host - very attentive and hospitable. Just in two-three minutes walking time there is a bus stop where you can take a bus in the city centre or Catania airport. I enjoyed my stay there though was only for one night only. I would stay at that place again would I go to Catania.
Better not to have a breakfast at all than what they offer for it. In my case there was only packed toasted bread and two small boxes of jam. Other reviewers said they were offered some vouchers that they used in nearby cafes. Also you need around 30 minutes to walk to the city centre - though you can take a bus as well.

the property had everything I needed.
although breakfast is not in the property the bakery is literally next door and is very good.
the road noise is quite loud. the building elevator didn’t work and the building entrance and steps are dirty and very neglected/rundown.
