Lofty Torstr Apartments, 4 unique units from 1-3 bedrooms in Mitte, ideal for families & groups, from 2 up to 8 Guests

Great location and fabulous large space.

Previous guests had broken a window in one of the downstairs bedrooms which had not be fixed so let bugs in. Spiral stair wall holdings looked loose and rug in the living room space still dirty, seemingly not hoovered before our stay even though we had to wait a long time to gain access to the property. Other people in building blocking lift so had to walk up a long way or wait for a very long time to be able to get up and down.

Very large, clean and comfortable well-equipped apartment that was perfect for four people. We were welcomed on arrival by Yannis who handed over the keys and explained everything we needed to know. The location is great, there is a tram stop and two U-bahn stations close by making it easy to get anywhere in the Berlin area. We took the FEX express train from the airport to Berlin Hbf and changed there to the M8 tram to Rosenthaler Platz which is a short walk to the apartment. There are many bars and restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores and two large REWE supermarkets. It was super quiet inside the apartment despite being in a busy area. The kitchen was well equipped with two coffee machines (Nespresso and filter) and a dishwasher. All the appliances worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the towels and bedding clean and fresh. There was good security to access the block and the apartment itself.

It was not possible to use the balcony as one of the door hinges had failed, Yannis apologised for this saying it had only just happened and the repair was scheduled for the following week. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the apartment though.

Location good. Rooms good size yet comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Washing machine and dryer very convenient. Shown through the property by Yannis - very helpful.

Liked it all. No negatives at all.

Location was as described online, which was fine. Nice surroundings in a backyard. Nice apartment

the apartment didn't match the pictures online, with more limited floor plan. We made it work, so everything ended fine, but was a shock when we arrived
