The location was excellent. The staff is really positive and always willing to help. The apartment is spacious and the coffee is great!

This is a large property is well laid out with 3 large bedrooms (1 is an attached studio) large comfortable living room and kitchen. Very clean and has a washing machine making it a practical option for a longer stay.
It’s well located, within easy walking distance or u-bahn, to a number of sites including museum island, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag etc.
Communication with the Exklusive team was prompt, clear and approachable.
It’s on the ground floor, windows onto street which can have noisy moments so may not suit everyone but was fine for us.

Great space, great facilities
Described as having a bath but didn’t. The shower rooms were really small and floors got very wet. For the size of apartment the living room would benefit from having another seat.
