A very comfortable stay and liked the balcony.

The location was excellent as it was a very short walk to the lift station. Also the ski bus stop was just outside the property. There is a laundry room with a washer and drier (a small charge). There was also a balcony with seating. The kitchen was well equipped. A cafetière would also be a good alternative to the pod machine. A good sized ski room was a bonus and there was a lift to all floors.

Poor lighting in the dark bedroom . It was difficult to see inside the wardrobes. Lighting in the lounge area was poor for reading. No access to a brush or vacuum cleaner.

Uncomfortable, and annoying check in check out process, avoid

Its location is the only good thing about the property. However, on the check out day you will have to go to an agency office to give back the keys and drop your luggage in a locker in the train station, so it’s actually useless to be located next to the lift.

The apartment is very old, and very uncomfortable. The mattresses are terrible, and the pillows very thin. The fridge is too noisy that makes it very hard to sleep. the sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. additionally, check in process is through a company and it’s super annoying, they offer no possibility to use the ski room on your check out day, something I never had in Zermatt before. and they force you to leave the keys in their offices 1km from the flat. overall very annoying.

Superb

Very nice localization near ski lift. Apartament is big and very comfortable. Dishwasher is helpful and other kitchen stuff. Ski area and views are just amazing.

Some light bulbs was burned and would be nice to have some info that City is closed for car traffic. Also floor nr 1 is actualy on 2 floor (floors are ug, pg, 1, 2)

Superb

The apartment is 100m away from the Gondola, no problem going there fully equipped every morning and coming back home exhausted after a day's worth of snowboarding.

Lots of space, well equipped appartment a few mins walk from the matterhorn lift!

Arrived late, able to collect the keys from a key safe from the Interhome office - very easy!
