About this apartment rental
All our rooms access to the large balcony, also all rooms with the Waterfront overlooking Auckland Waitemata harbour View from high lever of the apartment .
All bedroom with a fresh air exchange system to maintain you a quiet and privacy of sleeping.
We do on site check in to make the most convenient for our guests.
We do the entire home clean and change bedding sets after each group of guests check out.
We offer the free unlimited VDSL on site and all rooms Wi-Fi. A Big 55' Samsung Full HD LED TV, A modern open kitchen with High quality cooking utensils, also a Nescafe Dolce Gusto cafe machine was prepared for cafe lovers. just go to 24 hours Super market at downstairs to buy your favorite capsules and enjoy.
Do you like shopping? About 3~5 minutes walk from Chanel / Tifany and Co., Nespresso Coffee / Boss / Cucci / Louis Vutton / Coach / Prada / Dior / Elizabeth Arden, Pandora / Naveya and Sloane Jewelers and Walker and Hall Store.
At the prime Britomart Transport Center(Bus/Train/Ferry) location, you would use Auckland Public transport network easy to visit around Auckland , sea, and islands.

This is a great rental apartments in central Auckland. The beds are very comfortable. There is a huge balcony with great furniture and a lovely view of the docks and harbor. Another plus is the large supermarket next door. You are also close to local bus routes. One disadvantage is that you are downhill from the SkyTower and iintracity buses.

Despite of CoVid-19, Tony gave us super support, from pick up at airport to check-out time, city recommendations and other help, important for first visit to NZ..
Location cannot be better, apt has all you need, easy access, great view....

This apartment is super convenient for public transport, supermarket shopping, up-market fashion shopping, cafes and restaurants. The apartment building has excellent security, appliances are modern, the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery etc., the beds are comfortable and there is good seating on the balcony which is perfect for watching the activity of the busy port and enjoying the longer views across the harbour. There is some noise from the street and the ships but, because the apartment is on an upper floor, it is generally not too bothersome. On the downside, while most of the apartment was clean, it’s obviously a long time since the bathrooms had a decent scrub - most of the originally white grout is dirty brown. Also the apartment is advertised as having a ‘Smart TV’ but it doesn’t, which was a huge letdown for us since NZ free-to-air TV offers very little.

Whilst the location is excellent & the apartment has great potential the apartment presented on line was not reflective of the actual apartment. The walls were very scuffed & covered in weird wall appliqués. The bed spreads & pillows did not match & were more suited for young children (Avergers duvet). The towels were old and mismatched. Depending on how warm you like things, we were there in the winter & because the apartment is north facing it was very warm & the unit has no air conditioning.
