Views of my dreams. What an absolute delight.

Amazing location and impeccable views. Paul waa so welcoming and accommodating. Very traditional stay which just adds to the absolute charm. Would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay in western Dolomites.

This place has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the western Dolomite mountains (Val di Funes) and is conveniently located within a short drive to all the popular hiking locations like Puez-Odle Nature Park (15 min), Col Riser & Alpe di Siusi cable cars (40 min). Grocery stores and restaurants are within a short drive. The place has plenty of covered parking, a large outdoor covered seating area/lounge to relax along with a small sauna and hot tub with views. There is also access to a washer/dryer as needed. Paul is a friendly manager of the property who can be easily reached via WhatsApp. We stayed in apartment 1 which was huge with kitchen/living room and bedroom with plenty of closet space. The mattress and pillows are on the firmer side and Paul was able to find us some fluffy pillows. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, dish washer, pans and utensils) and also has some basic cooking supplies. There are two toilets in the apartment we stayed in with one large shower and a bath tub. The bedroom has large windows with mountain views and convenient motorized blinds to block the morning light. None of the bathroom toiletries are included so guests should plan on bringing them. Wi-Fi has very poor signal inside the apartment, but has decent speeds when you are sitting in the outside lounge area. Wi-Fi repeaters would be helpful to install to improve the signal inside the apartments.

Excellent stay and would return.

Excellent stay. Big apartment with access to a garden, perfect for our toddler, and the windows had shutters to black out his room for bedtime. The wider property is nice with a few useful facilities like the sauna and the owner keeps horses nearby that you can ride for a fee. The view from the property is also hard to beat, it is the picture postcard Dolomites view. Location is something to be aware of - the property is very remote and you need a car, there is nothing within walking distance. If that's what you are looking for it is perfect. Lots of walks and hikes nearby and totally peaceful.

Quiet, peaceful, magnificent place to relax and recharge.

We liked the location - it was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and modern. It had all the amenities needed for a week stay. The view was beautiful. The property grounds were spacious and had lots of areas to spend time in - separate from other guests. The best part of the property was meeting and talking to Paul, our host. He quickly responded to any of our questions. He knows the area very well and made many recommendations of what to see and do in the surrounding areas. Paul is very genuine and kind and is attentive to all his guests.

Amazing views in a comfy and fully equipped guest house

The views of the Dolomites are perfect, especially in the morning and at dusk where you can relax with a glass of wine...The guest house communal area and rooms are extremely comfortable and cosy with good floor heating and water pressure in the shower. The staff was very very friendly and helpful and really make you feel like if the house was yours. Finally, the place is in a great location slightly away (and therefore quieter) from the two nearby villages but is easily accessible from San Pieter or Santa Maddalena where you can find couple of small slopes for skiing or sledging. Also, strongly recommend as a place to visit the Zans natural park with amazing hiking paths at the feet of the Odle peaks.

outstanding view

Nice apartment with comfortable beds. For a group of four, the two bathrooms were great. We loved the balcony off of each room and watching the sunset from there. Very clean and nice sauna room too. Plenty of dishes and utensils.

It would have been nice to have an extra kitchen towel and hand soaps in the bathroom.

Exceptional

We were here for the first time and it was amazing 😁, large and clean apartment, very friendly owner, who gave us every day fresh bread, yogurt, butter and milk directly from the farm. Skiing is only 10 minutes by car😉. Parking is possible in the garage or outside the house. after skiing comes a sauna, which can be reserved only for yourself ;-). We'll be back. Thanks Paul👍👊
